Organic herbs and spices selected according to the 5 elements food theory, combined with crystal cooking salt1 from the Himalayan Salt Range in Punjab, Pakistan. In the ancient Chinese nutrition theory, each food is assigned to one of the five elements wood, fire, earth, metal and water and to one of the corresponding flavours sour, bitter, sweet, pungent and salty.
