Raab Organic Red Millet and Rose Hip combines three powerful “classics” in one powder mixture: Finely ground flour from high-quality red millet is blended with rose hip powder, which contains the best of the pulp and seeds of AP-4 rose hips. This premium variety is native to the Andean highlands of Chile. Linseed flour completes the mixture. The mix naturally contains silicic acid (834 mg per 100 g) as well as vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage.
This package contains 15 servings.
Ingredients: 82 % red millet flour*1, 12 % rose hip powder*, 6 % linseed flour, partially deoiled* (*from controlled organic farming; 1 from Austria)
Suggested use: Add about 3 heaped tablespoons (40 g) of the powder mixture to your daily cereal, yoghurt or smoothie. Raab Organic Red Millet and Rose Hip also is the ideal base for the preparation of an extraordinary breakfast porridge. Take about 3 heaped tablespoons (40 g) of the powder mixture and pour at least 150 ml of boiling water over it, while constantly stirring. We recommend adding some berries, seeds or nuts. If needed, other cereals, such as oats, can be added (make sure to adapt the amount of water accordingly). Sweeten and season depending on your taste.
Note: The positive effects cited above start from a daily inteke of just 40 g of Raab Organic Red Millet and Rose Hip. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are of great importance. This is a natural product, the colour and taste may vary with the season. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Filling level may vary for technical reasons.
