Raab Organic Red Millet-Rose Hip combines three “classics” in one powder blend: Finely ground flour from the grain of high-quality red millet is blended with rose hip powder, which contains the best of the skin, pulp and seeds of AP-4 rose hips. This premium variety is native to the Chilean highlands and is grown in rural areas of southern Chile. Linseed flour completes the mixture. The mix naturally contains silicic acid.

Ingredients: 82 % red millet flour* ¹ , 12% rose hip powder*, 6% linseed flour, partially deoiled* (*from controlled organic farming, ¹ from Austria)
Suggested use: Add about 3 heaped tablespoons (50 g) of the powder mixture to your daily cereal, yoghurt or smoothie. Raab Organic Red Millet-Rose Hip also is the ideal base for the preparation of an extraordinary breakfast porridge. Take about 3 heaped tablespoons (50 g) of the powder mixture and pour at least 150 ml of water over it, while constantly stirring. We recommend adding some berries, seeds or nuts. If needed, other cereals, such as oats, can be added (make sure to adapt the amount of water accordingly). Sweeten and season depending on your taste.
