Raab Organic Linseed Flour has a slightly nutty flavour, is rich in fibre (39 %) and plant-based protein (35 %) and contains only 5 % carbohydrates.
Ingredients: 100 % linseed flour, partially de-oiled (from controlled organic farming)
Suggested use: The excellent absorption properties of linseed flour make it a suitable ingredient for bread doughs and pastries. When baking, substitute part of the conventional flour with linseed flour. Linseed flour can also be used to thicken and enrich muesli, yoghurt, smoothies, shakes etc. Recommendet intake: not more than 10 g (1 heaped tbsp.) per day.
Note: This is a natural product, the colour and taste may vary with the season. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Filling level may vary for technical reasons. May contain traces of gluten due to processing. Not suitable for children.
