Raab Organic Grape Seed flour is made from the press cake of de-oiled grape seeds. The press cake is created by the gentle cold pressing of seeds of sun-ripened grapes. Grapes and products from it contain oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) (3.7 g per 100 g grape seed flour). In addition, grape seed flour is rich in fibre.

Recommended intake: Raab organic grape seed flour is for example suitable as an addition to smoothies, yoghurts, curd, cereals, soups, desserts or as a baking ingredient for bread, rolls, pizza and cakes. When baking, replace about 10 % conventional flour with grape seed flour and experience the slightly nutty taste.
