Raab Organic Hemp Protein is particularly suitable for vegetarians, vegans, physically active people, and athletes with an increased requirement for protein. Recommended intake: Stir about 1 tbsp (10 g) of hemp protein into 500 ml of liquid, e.g. soy, spelt, rice or oat milk. Use a whisk or a mixer to avoid lumps.
