It is also an important part of the Mediterranean diet. Raab organic field bean protein tastes pleasantly mild and slightly nutty. Proteins are an essential part of human nutrition and contribute, among other things, to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones. Recommended intake: Stir around 2 tablespoons (20 g) of field bean protein in 250 ml of liquid, e.g. in oat, rice, soy, spelt milk or juices. Use a whisk or mixer to avoid clumping. Organic field bean protein can also be used to fortify shakes, smoothies, soups or sauces.
