Raab Bio Lacto + Bifido was developed as a part of a multi-year, innovative research project funded by the federal ministry of economics and combines science with the best from nature. The formulation contains six special bacterial cultures and three plant based powders from agave, baobab and topinambur in premium organic quality. The highly dosed lactobacillus and bifidocultures (at least 200 billion living, reproducible cultures per daily dose) are gently freeze-dried.
Good to know: The six selected bacterial strains do not produce any histamine.

Recommended intake: Take 3 capsules daily with plenty of water. During antibiotic therapy, Raab Bio Lacto + Bifido should be taken simultaneously but far after antibiotic intake.
