Recommended intake: Mix 20 g (equivalent to 2 tablespoons) of the powder into 300 ml of vegetable drink or milk and enjoy. We recommend using oat milk. To achieve a perfect creamy texture and homogeneity, a blender is very suitable. Tip: For a slight sweetness, add a ripe banana to the blender.
